• Identify, resolve and escalate incidents according to procedural documentation and training
• Perform general System Support and IT Operation activities
• Perform minor systems / application configuration changes in lower and production environments
• Part of on-call rotation handling first level support
• Ability to quickly adapt to supporting emerging technologies and procedural changes
• Perform updates to documentation, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Basic support - Adobe Magento 2.2.x – 2.4.x
• Basic support – HCL  Commerce v7-v9
• Basic support - SAP Hybris Commerce
• Execute basic SQL statements
• Perform basic web server configurations (Apache, IHS, Nginx)
• Configure automation using QuickBuild, Jenkins and/or scripting
• Ability to work well independently as part of a remote support team

• Strong System/Linux administration skills utilizing operating systems – Linux OS (Red Hat, SUSE, CentOS, or UBUNTU)
• Experience in supporting production environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of Web/Open Source Technologies like Apache Solr, Apache Tomcat, Apache Web Server or Nginx
• Utilize operating system scripting skills (Linux)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in related fields
• Experience with commerce platforms
• Experience with networking technologies (firewalls, IP protocols and ports)
• Experience creating automation via: Bash, Ksh, Batch, Perl, Python, ANT, Jenkins or QuickBuild
• Knowledge of Java, J2EE, MySQL, Oracle, IBM DB2
• Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, XML
• Experience using source controls repositories like Bitbucket, Git and Subversion.
• Perform deployments to production application servers
• Atlassian Jira for issue tracking
• Atlassian Confluence
• IT-related certifications
