The dentsu solutions team is looking for an entrepreneurially spirted, results orientated, radical collaborator to join the team to lead several high-profile campaigns.  

The focus of the team is on accelerating growth by developing, selling, and evangelizing solutions that add value to both our clients and dentsu. We are not a separate agency or delivery team but instead focused on driving demand and incrementality for existing brands within the network. Therefore, all solutions must be developed through collaboration, stitching together component parts across the network, organizing, and leading cross-functional teams towards successful campaign completion.  

Our role is to help bring the ‘never before’ to current and perspective clients, so we need someone who’s comfortable carving new paths and constantly replenishing shared knowledge and best practice.   

We require a strategic mind, that’s able to tailor a solution to a client objective and unite teams around a single narrative. This person should be comfortable selling in the benefits of each solution both internally and externally plus work closely with marketing and comms teams to generate and nurture leads.  

The initial focus for this role is around our Dentsu Gaming solution but also offers opportunities to be involved in other brand solutions and client projects.  

Job Description

  • End-to-end campaign management, working closely with strategy, account, and delivery teams. 

  • Adopting a consultative approach and techniques to identify dentsu’s role in solving client’s business challenges through our product solutions.  

  • Identifying key individuals and pulling together cross-functional teams, ensuring a clear RACI is established and communicated. 

  • Taking an ownership mentality, to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.  

  • Being a champion for meaningful progress to ensure anything we build is representative and inclusive of all.  

  • Responding to inbound client briefs and enquiries as well as proactively taking opportunities to the appropriate clients + teams.  

  • Working closely with partnership team to brief and evaluate partner proposals.  

  • Reporting results into senior management and clients plus registering results as case studies where appropriate.  

  • Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise around all things gaming, staying up to date with the culture and knowledgeable of how brands should be playing in this space. 

  • Continuingly surfacing best in class examples and work and contributing to thought leadership pieces that promote our offering.  

  • Participating, facilitating, and leading ideation sessions and design sprints.  

  • Working closely with legal + commercial teams to ensure solutions delivered are professionally managed.  

  • Monitoring and responding to inbound requests to shared mailbox in coordination with lead gen team. 

  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and facilitating internal/external campaign meetings. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience working on global brands specializing in marketing, media, or creative deliverables. 

  • Campaign management experience managing cross-functional teams. 

  • Knowledge of comms and channel planning plus creative and production processes to ensure speaking same language as cross-functional teams.  

  • Strong storyteller able to unite people around a consistent narrative.  

  • Excellent client management skills. 

  • Action and results focused, entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership.  

  • Strong collaborator with history of working across a network and with external partners.  

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas. 

  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills.  

  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task. 

  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of the industry 

  • Finger on the pulse of culture and technological changes i.e web3 and the metaverse.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000k-$159,000k. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
