We're looking for an Associate Director, Social Marketing & Strategy to develop and optimize social media marketing strategies for a variety of our clients. You will report to the Group Director, Social Marketing & Strategy, and will oversee Social Media Strategists & Associates while providing expertise on new social media tactics and creative social opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver social campaigns that achieve or exceed predetermined brand expectations by providing insights that engage and excite a wider range of qualified consumers.
• You will oversee social media campaigns by channel, ensuring that all social media best practices and tactics are integrated into the annual master marketing plan, important brand projects, and seasonal campaigns.
• You will both oversee and do, by pushing work forward from the direct reports through iteration, adding of creative opportunities and identifying ways to make the work better.

• Expertise in the creative social strategy space on all social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Excited by the internet and all things social, love that they're constantly changing, and understand how to apply this to clients
• 7+ years’ experience
• Experience as the daily lead on client businesses and developing client relationships
• Experience working in an agency setting

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000 - $120,000. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
