You'll join our creative team with our automotive client. You will work on 360 creative campaigns for a new Sustainable Energy division, directing creative that ranges from branding and creating TV spots to huge social first activations. A deep understanding of social and how those activations might come to life is essential for this role. If you have a Senior Art Director partner you love to work with, we'd love to meet them too. Someone who would be an ideal candidate for this role would be an imaginative modern creator who's interested in sustainability. This candidate would be writing for everything from big splashy TV ads to social campaigns and everything in between. They would:

• Contribute new ideas and solutions appropriate for all media outlets   

• Deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual elements  

• Collaborate with project team members to develop creative concepts for a client’s marketing initiatives  

• Build and implement social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support client goals, incorporating Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.   

• Ensure a consistent brand presence is maintained  

• Responsible for editing and proofing materials during all project phases for all online, offline, external and internal needs  

• Consistently be learning and sharping skills to become a copywriter across all mediums and all tones  

• Direct junior associates and freelancers to bring the creative vision to life when needed  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills   

• Up to 7 years of experience in Advertising industry  

• Ability to translate outstanding thoughts and ideas into compelling words.  

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment  

• Be highly creative and imaginative   

• Work well with art director partner  

• Technical knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms, metrics and tracking  

• Must be self-motivated, hard working, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables  

• Ability to lead by example   

• Bachelors Degree  

The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $105,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
