Job Description
As the Sr. Producer, you will be responsible for managing the development of mid to large scale integrated interactive projects to ensure successful completion on time, within budget, and at the highest levels of quality. You will act as a hybrid product manager/project manager – defining success and steering the project to successful handoff. You have a deep understanding of web design and development, keep yourself up to date on the latest in digital technology and will come with your own toolbox for production. Above all, a Sr. Producer is a champion of the work while meeting our clients business goals - find and articulate solutions, drive projects forward and execute flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the execution of mid to large interactive production (>$500k) including development of SOWs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management
· Champion the project plan – and manage across multiple teams – dentsu internal, client team, client legal, etc.
· Work directly with clients as the production lead and digital technology expert.
· Serve as the point person for day to day management of the project and the first line of defense on evaluating progress and risk - managing interdisciplinary teams of designers, copywriters, strategists, editors, animators, tech leads, UX designers and developers.
· Maintain schedules, communicate progress and status on multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
· Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects from start to finish and lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve maximum results with resources available.
· Track and actualize budgets (OOPs and Resources burn)
Qualifications
· 5-7 years working on websites for large companies and navigating complex approval processes.
· Experience working with and leading agile and hybrid agile teams.
· Deep understanding of interactive and website project development process
· Knowledge of common software/digital production tools such as Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets, etc

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $78,000 - 137,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
