Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our Sales & Alliances team. The Reporting and Analytics Lead will be responsible for managing and improving the accuracy and effectiveness of sales data, reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales reporting and analysis processes and tools
  • Collaborate with finance teams to define reporting requirements and design reports that meet business needs
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports by reviewing and reconciling data from various sources
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support decision-making
  • Train and support team members on the use of reporting and analysis tools
  • Manage resources including direct management as well as indirect resources (that report to other managers) both onshore and offshore to deliver timely reports and analyses
  • Develop dashboards and other visualizations to help the sales team track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficient in programming SQL or pulling data from SQL-based systems
  • Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lead through influence over authority
  • People management experience
  • Ability to establish key relationships and position oneself as a thought leader.
  • Strong collaboration capabilities are critical to this role.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range: $78,000-$126,500

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
