Job Description

We're looking for an experienced reward professional to join our dentsu Americas Rewards Team.  You will have the opportunity to put in place and work on market competitive, internally equitable and fiscally responsible rewards programs to help us attract, retain and reward our talent across the Americas.  This client-facing role will partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders to consult and advise on compensation matters to help meet strategic business goals by managing compensation programs, analyzing data, developing compensation proposals and collaborating with partners to put together recommendations for the business.

  • Drive dentsu’s compensation philosophy and programs for your business areas.
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HRBPs, recruiters, HR Ops and business leaders on compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Manipulate and analyze data sets to distill insights, convey findings and make recommendations.
  • Research best practices and trends and perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs.
  • Build and deliver compensation-related training and education materials to your client teams.
  • Work on core compensation projects and continually look to improve internal processes to meet the needs of stakeholders (compensation policies, new hires, promotions, transfers, recognition programs, annual salary review, pay parity, market benchmarking, pay guidelines)

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and/or 5+ years of experience in compensation, preferably with experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Top notch analytical skills to utilize metrics and tools to gain insights, break down a problem to identify the root cause and explain your findings to help your leaders make the best business decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills and process documentation skills with great attention to detail
  • A collaborator and influencer that is adaptable and partners well across HR and the Business to help attract and retain top talent
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) workflows and reporting

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000- $219,000 USD. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
