We are currently hiring for a content creator to develop, design, plan and execute TikTok content. A passionate consumer and doer of social, this out of the box thinker understands what goes into making compelling and engaging social content for brands. This individual understands natively how to capture and edit content within the TikTok app and is able to provide visual guidance on social assets. A love for video editing, trying new tricks, and thinking about how to engage and entertain TikTok users acts as a main motivator to jump in to create amazing TikToks for beloved brands. Social-first experience (craft and speed/low-lift), high level of craft shooter, TikTok nerd - major interest in TV/FILM or MLB and MLS a huge plus.

• Engage with comments and comment on other content relevant to the brand in the platform. 

• Contribute to TikTok-first ideas across clients and new business pitches 

• Responsible for executing TikTok social content 

• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement, leveraging new formats 

• Ideal position for those who are energized by collaborating with teammates and clients, always chasing trends 

• 1-2 years of experience 

•  Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus to add in any other visual/video styling

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
