Job Description

  • Analyse the customers domain to understand their pain points and propose solutions to resolve them
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Reassure the project’s success by gaining the customers trust and lead them through the project together with the project team
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Advising our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
  • Delivering high level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
  • Discussing with our development team the custom development requirements - you should have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Web Services and Triggers.
  • Take responsibility of the project delivery together with the project manager, Core team member of the project execution, regardless of method
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or in consulting.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector
  • Salesforce Core Platform experience is an advantage
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stress resistant and adherent to on-time delivery
  • Strong work ethic, proactivity and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills when facing customers
  • German is an advantage
