Job Description

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Developer with a focus on delivering technical and functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Participate in implementation of software development, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as producing technical documentation
  • Define and maintain user roles & security profiles, ensuring there are no security breaches that could place a risk on the company’s data.
  • Has knowledge of the agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
  • Delivers high-quality work within task workload estimates, aligned with business requirements and solution design

Qualifications

  • Master degree or above in IT, Engineering, or others
  • 2+ years IT experience
  • Experience with product positioning, leveraging feature to benefit analysis
  • Familiarity with multi-tier, high availability application server environments & cloud software solutions experience
  • Ability to interact with customers (from all spectrum) so as to ensure that the service is polite, efficient and responsive
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
  • Team spirit - being able to work within regional and international level teams
  • Fluent English, written and spoken;
  • Open for travelling- up to 25%;

Additional Information

  • 6 months of experience with Salesforce Core Platform (Sales, Service or Community Cloud)
  • Minimum 2 Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Dev I
  • Has knowledge in Apex and Lightning Web Components programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
  • Knowledge of code versioning, packaging and deployment procedures
  • Understanding of Network Protocols and Services (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)
  • Able to document technical solutions, complying with IT best practices
  • Familiarity with data architecture/schema and data migration tools
