Job Description

Overall Summary:

The Growth Associate is responsible for providing support to the Media Service Line growth team as well as supporting the pitch processes within the service line.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Agency

  • Learn about the Carat, iProspect and dX and their businesses

Infrastructure

  • Maintain monthly new business pitch calendars
  • Maintain weekly team status reports
  • Actively update Salesforce
  • Assist in the development of information and data from Salesforce, RECMA, COMvergence for competitive tracking

Information

  • Assist in development of weekly and quarterly new business reports
  • Assist in international requests
  • Assist and provide support to RFI/RFP responses

Manage

  • Assist in the management of the new business server
  • Assist in updating new business community contacts

Management Upkeep

  • Responsible for all storage of all new business documents and thought leadership
  • Responsible for updating all information on new business server

Support Pitch Teams

  • Manage pitch calendar
  • Book pitch team travel & catering where needed
  • Book pitch team meeting rooms and long-term war rooms
  • Manage pitch team equipment & supplies

Develop Pitch Materials

  • Assist in the development of responses to new business consultants
  • Assist in the development of pitch presentations materials including decks, marketing materials & content
  • Create client-facing microsites using website builders (Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
  • Develop pitch workback calendars
  • Assist in keeping pitch team organized and focused
  • Assist in proofing and copy editing

New Business Research

  • Assist in background research for pitches, industry trends and potential prospects

Assist in Prospecting Initiatives

  • Assist in prospecting identification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-1 years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Passion for the advertising industry and desire to learn all facets of New Business/pitching
  • Advance computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Excellent document writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Slack, etc.).
  • Flexibility, independence and ability to multi-task
  • Support a fast-paced team, and willingness to support in person/travel, as needed
  • Ability to stay calm and positive under high pressure situations

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range: $45,000-$69,500.00

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
