Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join the Performance Experience team. Our team's core objective is driving performance results through data-driven and audience-centric site testing, optimization, and content strategy. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Experience, you will function as an important member of the team by supporting UX and CRO strategies for dentsu Media clients. You should have experience with marketing strategies that solve challenges and an understanding of what makes web visitors click and convert. You enjoy analyzing web data to discover insights and opportunities, and excels in a collaborative team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Access site analytics platforms to build reports and deliver insights and opportunities based on independent data analysis
  • Provide strategic, audience-centric recommendations for improving website performance that considers channel and client goals
  • Optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Support strategy, execution, and measurement of A/B tests
  • Collaborate with our teams as the main cross-channel contact: own communications, manage workflows and provide status updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, or closely related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in at least one of the following: performance marketing, conversion analytics, testing tools, web development, UX or digital media, developing marketing strategies (creative, media, testing)
  • Build and export reports from site analytics platforms (ex: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Lucky Orange, Content Square, etc.)
  • Data visualization (Slide visualization and public speaking)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing channels (what they are, their goals): Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email, SEO

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59k-$92k. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
