Job Description

As an entry level position, the Associate, Brand Assurance position represents the start of a career in Brand Safety. The Associate, Brand Assurance position is training-intensive. Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential. You will be an active participant in day-to-day work, increasing participation and facetime with Internal Leadership and Clients over time in the position. While advanced Media thinking is not expected, the successful Associate, Brand Assurance is resourceful and shows the initiative to participate in advanced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside dentsu’ s Brand Assurance team in gathering data and insights around brand safety, fraud, and verification for input in quarterly client reports
  • Manage communication across global accounts to improvement media performance
  • Assist in thought leadership projects in the digital space
  • Maintain organization of client status sheet document each week
  • Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches
  • Manage relationship with account 3rd party digital verification partners
  • Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines
  • Ensure best practice and adoption of new features or processes
  • Build strong relationships across client service account teams
  • Collaborate with Brand Assurance Team to build process around Diversity and Sustainability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrated decision making and independent judgment
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with digital media (internet, mobile, gaming)
  • Passion around Responsibility, Sustainability and Diversity a plus
  • Desire to learn about the Media Industry
  • Aptitude in data analysis and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic understanding of the digital performance marketing atmosphere such as Social Media Management and Display & Video Marketing
  • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of integrity and self-motivation

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $40,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
