Salary Range

  • $75k to $90k (no bonus offered)

Role Purpose

The Americas Region Business Insights – Senior Associate II will help prepare and deliver reporting and insights using data manipulation and visualization tools to our company’s functional leaders. This person will analyze data through a business and industry lens with a focus on HR and communicate/present suggestions and actions via data to help us collaborate cross-functions (Finance, Business, Tech) to optimize our performance, especially pertaining to Cost-to-Serve, Resource Management, DEI, and Rhythm of Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate operational performance and provide recommendations for enhancement in Excel and Power BI
  • Help to deliver practical and actionable recommendations based on data; package and assist in presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Connect regularly with business and functional leaders on input for improvements to reporting outputs and visualizations
  • Communicate analysis and insights across the company and to leadership via Powerpoint packs
  • Conduct custom/ ad hoc analyses by combining datasets and business knowledge to identify gaps in our performance within our business
  • Ability to explain/present complicated/advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with our near shore and off shore teams as needed

Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in business management, math, economics or related experience in applied disciplines OR advanced degree (M.A., M.S.) directly out of school;
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles connecting with senior leaders
  • Core proficiency with with MS Excel and Power BI required; knowledge of data manipulation software such as Alteryx preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational database systems preferred
  • Ability to hygiene data from multiple data sources
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and communicate sensitive data to a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capacity to work with, and potentially mentor, other members on the team and share knowledge and ideas regarding data visualizations

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75k to $90k.
