Product Solutions Consultant

The purpose of this role is to produce, curate and manage a variety of information to be consumed by colleagues, both Technical and Business focused.  This role will build an understanding of the technology stack and its associated products and applications collaborating with Product and Technical resources to produce documentation for a variety of technical and business consumers, providing this information in various forms such as interactive tutorials, wikis, blogs and podcasts.

  • Authors technical documentation such as application guides, developer guidelines, architectural blueprints and security patterns 
  • Produces supporting documentation: operational guides, best practice guides, knowledge base articles and tutorials
  • Collaborates with product owners, architects, developers, and clients to collect, distil, and communicate complex technical information 
  • Uses the collaboration and documentation tools at your disposal effectively, to create and deliver documentation
  • Collaborates with experts in a variety of roles, to elicit, curate and produce material for consumption by others
  • Provides best practice and expert advice to others in creating, publishing and maintaining key material for various audiences 
     

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading multiple projects and/or processes.
  • 2 years experience as a Product Solutions Consultant or Solutions Consultant

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency.
  • Exceptional project or program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
     

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-121,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
