Job Description

THIS IS YOU

A brilliant designer and a strategic conceptual force. You love solving problems individually and through collaboration. You design and create stunning brand aesthetics that can be carried across channels. Your work speaks to your fluency in functional design systems, branding, and integrated campaigns—but also demonstrates your love for fine art, illustration, typography, and color theory. Designing for motion and video are native to your thinking and skills. You don’t subscribe to a single style, but you know what you stand for. You’re also not hesitant to wear multiple hats when you need to, because you’re innovative, efficient, and ego-free. You are self-starting, meticulous but quick, and obsessed with both design and concepting. You contribute to a tight knit team, partnering closely with your senior copywriter and working with team members from a variety of disciplines.

THIS IS WHO WE WANT

A Senior Art Director/Designer who comes from an agency or design studio background. This creative team player must be comfortable in a high-volume environment and have a command of the production process from initial concept to final delivery. In your role, you’ll ideate, design, and execute print, video, digital, and social campaigns and tactics for one of the world’s most recognizable and beloved brands. You’ll be responsible for helping to maintain and elevate our client's brand. You are well organized, you embrace process, and you’re resilient to ever-changing (and often tight) timelines, requests, and deliverables.

THIS IS WHO WE ARE

We’re a great team of art directors and copywriters dreaming up fully integrated 360° campaigns—an exciting group to be a part of! We take pride in craftsmanship, thoughtfulness, and flexibility, and we partner directly with our clients to think big, build from scratch, and design for reality. One day you might be working on a video, photo shoot, or a branding project. The next day you might be leading a multimedia campaign, printed tactics, out-of-home, and more. Whatever the ask is, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to have your creative voice be heard—all while collaborating with a team of creative and production experts who love the brand and make magical work together.
