Job Description

The Digital Asset Manager is a key position that supports teams within dentsu Americas Creative Service Line. This role acts as the day-to-day contact for our studio and agency teams using the Content Symphony DAM (digital asset management) solution. 

As content is produced and projects are completed, this person will be on hand to ensure that teams are following the process of managing projects (in preparation for Digital Asset Management) and uploading all final, produced assets to our DAM library. 

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain awareness of projects statuses and work with teams to ensure production milestones are kept updated 

  • Check that, on completion of a project, Producers are submitting production Wrap Forms 

  • Create projects and related folders on the DAM library and supply links to Producers to prompt the uploading of completed assets 

  • Check that, on completion of a project, Producers (and studios) are uploading accurate, final assets to the  DAM library with the relevant meta data 

  • Create and supply links to allow Talent Managers, Business Managers, Art and Music Producers to add related Meta Data and usage rights 

  • Publish all assets to the Content Symphony DAM library once ready 

  • Provide additional support to studios and agency teams regarding how they use the platform 

  • Support onboarding of new DAM users to the Content Symphony platform  

  • Support the operations leads with the onboarding of new teams 

  • Provide monthly reporting for leadership and exec stakeholders and identify where expansions are needed or where teams may be able to upsell DAM tools to clients  

  • Run quarterly status reviews with SVP Production and Delivery Transformation and the Content Symphony Leads 

  • Where required, work alongside teams on specific client engagements

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 -- $80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
