Job Description

Dentsu Creative is seeking a Director, Client Leadership with responsibility for  client management.  The ideal Director will have strong experience working closely with clients to develop strategic needs and business objectives specifically within the commerce industry, and demonstrate the ability to identify and implement solutions to achieve those objectives. The role includes running large-scale digital commerce projects that integrate strategy, creative, user experience and technology. 

  • Provide thought leadership to guide Client’s digital strategy 

  • Work with project managers to ensure projects are accurately scoped 

  • Follow established policies for securing required resources to effectively deliver projects 

  • Lead the development of account plans and manage them to targeted goals 

  • Participate in all required operational management processes

  • Participate actively in leadership roles required to deliver internal initiatives 

Qualifications

  • Track record of success scoping, selling and delivering fixed-price and time-and-materials digital projects for Fortune 500 clients 

  • Relevant experience in the digital space, including multi-channel digital strategy, digital marketing, enterprise web, mobile, social, etc. 

  • Experience leading both people and projects in a professional services / consulting environment, including business development, project management and delivery 

  • Solid understanding of scoping, selling and managing multi-disciplinary engagements 

  • Understanding of project financials 

  • Strong project management and organization skills 

  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications 

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams 

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients 

  • Proven track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring 

  • Open to travel 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000--$146,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. /.,mkEmployees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
