Job Description

Our experiential team is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our Brand Services Team supporting a leader in the beverages industry. Working within a team structure and reporting directly to Senior Account Executives/Account Supervisor, this role will be responsible for supporting the overall account initiatives and executing against deliverables. The core responsibility of this role is to support the client relationship and account team with presentations, logistical/inventory support, or event communications.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage client projects, executing project management skills to see projects through from beginning to end
  • Be a trusted client partner, using industry and brand insights to provide strategic solves
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors, creating a culture of collaboration
  • Manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist Senior Account Executive and Director in larger projects, offering support
  • Working with parallel brand teams to ensure the brand voice and guidelines are being adhered to
  • Manage vendor relationships

This position requires a professional with event planning experience in client service, project/event management, delivering integrated marketing solutions. We are looking for someone that is able to support client communications and work collaboratively with internal and external teams; inclusive of superiors from the account team and working cross-functionally with internal departments to maximize performance. As the Account Executive, you have:

  • 2+ years event management experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • 1+ years working cross-functionally with outside teams to achieve goals
  • An understanding of communication, executing ability to proactively communicate next steps, answer questions, etc. with appropriate individuals
  • Have an organizational mindset alongside an excitement for creativity
  • Desire to grow and take ownership over project business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
