Job Description

Responsible for the visual tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of deliverables. Designers are an integral part of the creative process, crafting and up leveling the creative output on everything they touch.

 

·       Ideate and execute a variety of design solutions

·       Deliver visually striking and exciting designs in all applications

·       Support design team across print, digital, TVC, fabrication, and environmental projects

·       Support print production process when needed to prep files for fabrication

·       Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

·       Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character, and work quality

This internship is full time (40 hours per week) and is paid at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

·       Fluent in design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite

·       Strong portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetic, clean typography, versatile designs, and attention to detail for a range of project/clients

·       Passionate and curious about design and its everchanging landscape

·       Ability to successfully manage time, process, and workflow

Rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate OR relevant experience 

Verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally 

Write concise, timely and actionable correspondence (meeting and status reports) with input from immediate supervisor 

Develop the ability to identify and communicate key strategic insights and competitive analyses 

Act professionally in all internal and external situations, at all times 

Accept assignments readily and accept responsibility for all areas of internship 

Build strong relationships across departments and disciplines 

Actively participate in shared learning and training opportunities
