We are hiring for Merkle Sokrati where we are seeking to hire talented Manager – Business Strategy who has a strong knowledge of Google Ads specialist/Bing Ads/Google Analytics to deliver the best possible Analytics Implementation to our clients.

At Merkle Sokrati, in this role you need to:

  • Full responsibility of end-to-end digital ad operations
  • Be the ultimate account owner for our clients
  • Understand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for the channel that you are working on
  • Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Have 3+ years of experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry
  • Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns including PPC, Display, Remarketing, Social and Programmatic in the digital marketing domain
  • 2+ years of people management experience (must-have)
  • Highly organized and detail junkie
  • Aggressive & can take control
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
  • And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for every inch of their satisfaction
