• You are an expert in consulting our clients along all phases of the project: from defining the initial vision and translating broad challenges into a specific roadmap, transformation programs and preparing the implementation, considering complex challenges, and create comprehensible business cases for them.
• As a lead consultant, you are responsible for the development of digital business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives. You take on the strategic development of national and international clients and develop concrete recommendations for action based on your analysis of the relationship between content, customer data, technology, media and processes.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and confidence to the customer's benefit.
• Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in digital transformation - you fill this scope with joy and great professional confidence.
• Together with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you continuously develop our business consulting services
• As a Lead Solution Architect, you define a targeted solution architecture and determine the step-by-step implementation of a technology strategy.
• You take the lead in requirements elicitation and tool evaluations to concretize the future technology landscape.
• You are responsible for the technical design of our customer projects - you are either SPOC for architectural questions or, depending on the effort, you look after 1-3 customers at the same time
• You advise customers, support the project acquisition in pitches and support the cross-functional team from creation, frontend, backend etc. with advice and action
• You lead the project members in the technical area and guide them through the entire process until the project is completed
• You clarify the requirements and framework conditions for the structuring of software systems as well as for the development and coordination of overarching technical concepts
• You document and communicate architecture decisions and check compliance with them during implementation
• The combination of technical and business skills allows you to map processes in software solutions, finding the right technology mix to integrate existing systems with modern technology to make the most of digital communication channels.
• You have extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
• You are an expert in the field of software architecture (architecture concepts, patterns, frameworks) with firsthand experience of ERP&CRM integration
• Cloud, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Mobile, API and IoT are no foreign words to you, and you can exchange ideas with our software engineers, architects, DevOps and test engineers

• A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study. A higher degree, Ph.D or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, a start-up or in a renowned consultancy.
• Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer. 
• Excellent knowledge of strategy development, underpinned by practical application of consulting methods and models.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading and delivering national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects.
• Enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, e-commerce.
• Team spirit and high willingness to always learn new things.
• Very good written and spoken English skills (business fluent), on top of German or French
• Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer.
• You enjoy presenting the ideas developed in the team in front of customers with a customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer journey
