Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be an important member of the Client Engagement team and will play a key role supporting our top priority clients and most profitable portfolios.  As the Project Manager you will represent dentsu health and provide strong customer service, industry expertise and build and foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. You will collaborate with cross functional members of the account, medical, creative and studio teams to develop and manage timelines and budgets for tactical execution of new product launches, provide support of the execution of multi-faceted marketing materials, medical education programs, DTC campaigns etc.

Strong communication, organization and project management skills are a must for this role as well as dynamic problem-solving skills and the desire to work on a fun team!

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Work with the Account, Medical, and Creative teams to define the detailed project deliverables and manage scope
  • Manage all projects from inception through to final billing, working with all agency disciplines to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner
  • Preparation of project timeline, scope, schedule, and management of project resource allocation
  • Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all channels
  • Ensure that each project is clarified, articulated to all constituents and responsibility is assigned to the appropriate resource
  • Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring all internal parties meet milestones and deadlines
  • Schedule and manage all project meetings
  • Work closely with team to ensure the project is following mandatory client workflows and the internal quality control milestones
  • Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate

Qualifications

  • University degree in administration, communications, marketing, or science
  • MBA and PMP are assets
  • 1+ years of relevant pharmaceutical agency work experience preferred
  • Strength and expertise in client service and building client relationships 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the regulation in the Canadian market i.e., PAAB, ASC etc.
  • Experience managing/ overseeing accredited and non-accredited medical education programs is an asset
  • Experience in digital omnichannel marketing, social and search is an asset
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in a dynamic collaborative environment
  • Proficient using Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient using project planning software (such as SmartSheets, Asana, Monday, MS Project)
