Help our clients solve technical and business challenges related to Marketing Operations to develop/manage scalable global campaign management solutions.
Understand and map Business Processes and Challenges into our Campaign Management Process (Technical & Functional), ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution designs. Translate internal Marketing Operations playbook to operational solution for clients.
Design and then work with BA (Busines Analyst) & QA (Quality Assurance) to implement and test solutions to meet operational needs and challenges. Responsible for roll out of E2E global campaign management operations in complex projects.
Essential Education/Work Qualifications:
Comfortable working in and with a highly distributed team and organization.
Comfortable owning a project through to delivery.
Proven record of accomplishment of working with multi-stakeholder teams.
Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated email campaigns in a leading ESP, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Oracle Responsys or Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Epsilon, Acxiom, Yesmail, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results.
Solid understanding of Campaign Management, Solution design and architecture Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL, Data management, segmentation, ETL best practices Scripting and query development Web analytics
Preferrable Education/Work Qualifications:
Relevant Degree in related fields, Computer Science or Engineering-based preferred or comparable training, or work experience that demonstrates comparable abilities.
4+ years experience in information technology or technical marketing, with at least 2 years in a client-facing position.
Basic knowledge of Commerce Cloud use cases with Salesforce marketing platforms.
Vertical knowledge in specific industries is a plus.
Knowledge of analytics topics, such as marketing KPIs, ROI, omnichannel tracking architecture.
Practices, Scripting and query development Web analytics
Experience in Datorama, CDP, Interaction Studio, GA360 Integration, Ad Studio, and Tableau
Integration ( REST API , SOAP API, SSJS )
Advance knowledge of Salesforce MC native scripting language ( AMPScript )
Advance knowledge of SQL
Certifications: SFMC Admin, SFMC Dev , SFMC Consultant, SF Admin
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and present an actionable BRD (Blueprint) that aligns to the requirements of a Global Marketing Operations and overall system / integration environment.
Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.
Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities to scale up operational capabilities.
Document solutions and operational process flowcharts with great attention to detail.
Define the business process rules as per the technical flows considering the clients operational framework.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas of our Business and Technical process.
Be an advisor to the client Marketing and CRM team to optimize Customer Journeys.
Approach every problem and scope item as an opportunity to broaden your expertise and skill set, ensuring that new developments and tools are used to achieve efficiencies in Marketing Operations.
