Job Description

At Merkle, we’re pushing the boundaries for digital communication. Getting closer to our clients with data insights and technology. Building deep and long-lasting relations by orchestrating digital communication across all channels. We’re looking for a project manager who shares that ambition. Could it be you?

As a project manager, you’re capable of creating cohesion and being the driving force. It’s part of your instinct to want to understand everything that surrounds you. And that’s why you have the courage to be the lead of the most inspiring mix of e-commerce, web and marketing automation in the business. You will run projects from A-Z with a constant overview and the responsibility to be our client’s safe point of contact.

It will be your responsibility to plan and take charge of the scope of collaborative digital solutions. You move projects forward and create an overview for both team and client. You organize the team’s time to create the best conditions for collaboration and amazing results.

Surrounding you are some of the best specialists in the country, from business strategists, designers and copywriters to data analysists and .NET-developers. Behind you is solid experience with digital project management. And before you lies a road with professional challenges unlike any other.

As a project manager you work with driving and developing the client long-term. You’re responsible for the scope of digital solutions in collaboration with a Client Service Director and a client team with both creative and technical people. Often, you’ll be the client’s first point of contact and that’s a responsibility that motivates you. You keep our promises, and guide clients safely through processes and projects, they might have never tried before.

At Merkle our project managers have a central role in our client’s success and the day-to-day teamwork. Our project managers are co-responsible when it comes to guidance, advisory and recommendation of the next initiative in our clients’ digital transformation. You are aware that the client trusts that you have the overview, skills, and flexibility to get the most out of the team, the budget and the time available. And you manage to deliver, no matter if the project is a complex commerce solution, an app, or an email marketing campaign.

Last, but not least, you never walk alone in Merkle. We work in teams with meaningful sparring across skills and disciplines – and you will always have a buddy by your side. In your practice team are some of the best in the country, and with your client teams you create ultimate customer experiences in close cooperation with commercial talents, creative enthusiasts and dedicated developers.

Qualifications

We expect you to confidently tick these boxes:

  • You speak and write English and/or Danish fluently
  • You are already a confident project manager but looking for opportunities to develop your skillset.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with digital platforms, preferably from an agency.
  • You are confident in running agile development and have driven CX and/or tech projects with agile principles.
  • You can manage multiple big projects at the same time without losing track or compromising details and quality.
  • You can customize processes and delivery frameworks to fit the client needs to drive an efficient and creative process.
  • You are interested in, and know, technology, business, and people.
  • You find it exciting to be part of a team, want to bring out the best in others, know when to make space and when to partake.
  • You see solutions where others see challenges.
