Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Martech Solution Consultant who wants to help shape best-in-class customer experiences and create results for our customers on their enterprise martech platforms.

In this role, you will be part of implementing and maintaining data-driven martech platforms on behalf of our clients, which are mainly large Scandinavian and global brands in both BtC and BtB.

You will participate in clarifying requirements and preparing solution design and proposals as well as determining the scope of our martech deliveries. On the other side you’ll also be an integral part in the deliveries – all of this in close cooperation with our skilled business consultants, architects, engineers, and project managers as well as colleagues from other digital craft teams and client teams in Merkle

As a person, you are ambitious, curious, and proactive by nature. You want to know how data, technology and analytics help brands shape the customer experience of tomorrow and are eager to develop your skills within martech, platform integration and data modelling. Furthermore, you are intrigued by concepts like personalization and AI and wants to know about the latest trends and features within marketing technology.

You will be a part of our well-established Martech team, which currently comprises 18 talented, dedicated and affable Martech consultants, engineers and solution architects. Qualifications

We expect you to confidently tick these boxes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or similar
  • Minimum three years of experience with martech or data management platforms as well as platform integrations
  • Have a profound interest in marketing technology, marketing automation and data. Specific experience with Salesforce or Adobe technology will be preferred
  • The ability to position the value of marketing technology in conversations with clients
  • Know your way around SQL and data modelling
  • Have good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Are proactive by nature and committed to your continuous improvement
  • Want to take responsibility for the ongoing improvement of our ways of working, offerings and participate in knowledge sharing capabilities
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Have a flair for structure and light project management
