Job Description

Role Purpose 

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, high-energy brand strategist to grow the business in one of the oldest, most prestigious high-end fashion companies in the retail media networks. This role ideal fit for a candidate with three plus years of digital media experience who is passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury goods / high fashion retail media network.  This role routinely interfaces with VP, SVP, and C-Level Merkle leadership as well as high-level executives at a leading high fashion retailer.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives business strategy amongst advertisers towards our retail partners’ retail media networks  
  • Communicates Retail Media Network’s data and measurement solutions, differentiators, and product suite effectively to clients through various means (email, phone, in-person, conferences, networking event, etc.)  
  • Collaborates with various internal and client groups to drive client brand growth.
  • Actively pursues brand growth by ensuring continuous brand investment according to plan.   
  • Helps brand increase paid media views through brand awareness; ensuring strategic paid media goals are met.  
  • Meets deadlines set by leadership, ensuring proper information is effectively shared. 
  • Fosters and promotes a culture of collaboration. Demonstrates collaborative spirit by communicating in team meetings through shared market/product knowledge and adapting/learning new approaches and methods through shared experiences in wins and lessons learned.

  • Experienced in managing brand strategy to client-direct and to media agencies
  • Experienced with Retail Media Networks

  • Adept at crafting strategy narratives rooted in data and data analysis.   
  • Resourceful in navigating through a large company environment
  • Nimble, flexible, and adaptive to various changing business situations.  

Qualifications

  • Three plus years of digital media sales experience with a focus on data-driven solutions.  
  • Successful experience working as an account manager, account executive, senior account manager, senior account executive or comparable account role in the digital media space, working both client-direct and with agencies across verticals   
  • Adept at crafting strategy narratives rooted in data and data analysis with a background working with Retail Media Networks, DTC Marketing experience
  • Communicates effectively in-person in office, client-site or remote through video, phone, email. Successful background conducting business presentations and proposals through various channels with a meticulous level of detail.  
  • Possesses effective time and resource management skills necessary in accomplishing short- and long-term goals.   
  • Possesses strong analytical skills
