Job Description

Carat is looking for an Associate, Planning to support one of our largest clients - a global tech giant. In this role you will are a day-to-day focal point of the account, responsible for understanding the client’s overall business and objectives. Reporting to the Supervisor, Planning, you will assist in the creation of media plans and client communications.

You Will

  • Aid in the creation of client media communication plan objectives, strategies and POVs of new media types / outlets
  • Creates and maintains media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans & results analysis, budget summaries, plan delivery and competitive reports
  • Support Communications Planning Supervisor in the collection and evaluation of syndicated consumer and media consumption information
  • Compile reports of competitive market/media information
  • Participate and lead, if appropriate, client and vendor meetings
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding assistant-level colleagues

Qualifications

  • ~1+ year of experience with digital media channels
  • Experience in an agency setting (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask complex tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and high-level attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree
