Job Description

We are a small but mighty team, and this is a dynamic job. One day you may be brainstorming ideas for a new business pitch, the next, you could be creating mockups for a presentation. An ideal candidate is adept in multiple facets of the creative process, enjoys collaborating with other designers and is eager to learn from senior creative team to evolve existing skills and expand capabilities.


  • Conceive and implement design concepts and strategies in various digital and oversee them to completion
  • Work closely with the content team to learn statistics behind social engagement and how to increase numbers with design
  • Assist creative team to quickly create compelling visuals, from initial comps to final assets for digital/social and print
  • Support new business presentations with visual storytelling and the creation of mockup ideas
  • Work within brand guidelines while challenging yourself to think out of the box and elevate creative solutions
  • Motivate and mentor the junior members of the design team to help them use their talents effectively
  • Lead conversations and presentations with excellent communication skills
  • Align with our Project Manager to prepare budget estimates for client projects
  • Collaborate regularly with the content team and actively participate in brainstorms to ideate innovative solutions
  • Actively seek out inspiration, cultural and industry trends to ensure concepts are fresh and relevant
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on time delivery and accurate execution against creative briefs


  • 3+ years of working experience in design or art direction role, ideally within an agency environment. 
  • Portfolio of thoughtful work that demonstrates your conceptual abilities and design execution skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Knowledge and application of color theory, typography, and design principles
  • Must be a responsible self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
  • Eager to continue to evolve your skillset and expand capabilities as a well-rounded designer
