Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant to deliver Salesforce Platform implementation projects through providing business process and technology implementation consulting. This role will be responsible for developing project requirements and specifications documentation, Salesforce Platform configuration, and maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will be able to deliver Salesforce Platform projects knowledgeably and in scope, on time, and within budget, while exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver Salesforce and Platform implementation projects

  • Provide Salesforce business process and technology consulting

  • Define solution definition and architecture

  • Lead and perform requirements and specifications documentation

  • Lead and perform Salesforce system configuration

  • Coach junior resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proven success implementing Salesforce Sales, Service or Community Cloud a number of times, preferably for multiple companies

  • 5+ years of related professional experience

  • 2+ or more years of Salesforce experience

  • Ability to lead and effectively manage discussions including communicating requirements to a wide range of audiences

  • Must work well with a variety of individuals, and display client and internal team leadership

  • Organized and a problem solver

  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

For individuals assigned to and/or hired in Colorado, the anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, which is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. Pay ranges in locations other than Colorado may differ based on labor market wage rates in those locations.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
