Job Description

The purpose of this role is to conceptualise and realise ideas through a comprehensive use of language and the written word. They have the ability to think in a holistic way about how an idea comes to life through all creative channels of a consumer experience. Develops language and copy in short form and long form to establish the tonality of ideas. They can act as mentor to junior members of the team and encourage learning.

  • You’ll generate and execute creative ideas and concepts
  • You’ll follow creative briefs and fulfill creative job parameters
  • You’ll work within deadlines, and manage your time according to workflow
  • You’re collaborative, amiable, and able to communicate your ideas while respecting those of others
  • You’re detail-oriented, and can proofread all agency work to exacting agency standards
  • You can write strategically, concisely, evocatively, and correctly
  • You have a command of grammar and punctuation, and you know your way around a style guide
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • You’re willing to accept creative direction
