"Remote Opportunity"

We are looking for a Digital Media Account Manager/ Sr. Digital Media Account Manager to partner with our diverse clients to manage the Google Marketing Platform activation strategy.  As a Digital Media Account Manager at Cardinal Path, you will be responsible for programmatic media strategy and delivery.  This will require you to take a consultative approach and advise the client on current media trends, how to achieve media goals, review of best practices regarding technology, be a steward of first-party data strategy, and work with Cardinal Path media implementation teams.  Qualified candidates are process and detail-oriented, have a technical understanding of the Google Marketing Platform tools, and manage digital campaign implementation and management.  

This role will create an opportunity for a driven, passionate, and innovative consultant to shape Cardinal Path’s service offering and approach to Digital Media Operations and client strategy. We are obsessed with leveraging data, analytics, and our knowledge of technology to create highly effective and efficient media activation strategies.  The work is varied, challenging, and you must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Take a consultative approach to partner with the client and be the main point of contact for media programs and projects

  • Responsible for media client onboarding, creation of digital media strategies, translation of that strategy into a results-based plan, campaign briefs, and providing ongoing updates to the client.  

  • Develop digital media activation plan which includes, targeting, creative, and analytics strategies for Display, Video, Social, and Search campaigns

  • Provide direction to Digital Media Consultants to manage media tagging, trafficking, delivery, and campaign optimization within DV360, CM360, and SA360.  Hands-on support may be required.

  • Support sales and customer success teams with client discovery calls and pitches

  • Partner with technology implementation leads to ensure the Google Marketing Platform is configured correctly (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA360, Optimize, etc)

  • Evaluate the client’s approach to data, activation, technology, and delivery process and identify opportunities for evolving the platform to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • You have 4+  years of digital media experience, including implementing, managing, and optimizing campaigns.  
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform for media activation (DV360, CM360, SA360)

  • Product certifications are preferred (We will help you obtain the required certificates) 

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams/clients to align on client media strategy and translate into the technical media execution

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills

  • Agency or client-side experience running digital media campaigns is preferred.  

  • A degree in marketing, communications, technology, computer science, analytics, or related field is preferred.
