Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for workforce planning for internal and external employees within Salesforce CEE Practice Group
  • Your goal is to support Practice Managers assigning project teams that are optimized in terms of quality and cost efficiency in close cooperation with Client Directors and Project Managers
  • Your key focus is adequate utilization of Delivery Team members and alignment of their skillsets with project requirements
  • You actively participate in the creation of growth plans and personnel strategies
  • In order to manage over- and under-utilization, you will support Practice Managers in their work with internal Talent Acquisition Team and external partners

Your experience:

  • First professional experience in IT or digital services industry, ideally in multi-national organisation
  • Understanding of digital business and operational model of consulting companies
  • Analytical working style, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactiveness, solution-driven, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders and changing priorities, empathy and openness
  • Good knowledge of the common office tools
  • Very good verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage
  • Experience with Jira and wider Atlassian suite is an advantage
