Reporting to the Director of User Experience, the Senior UI Designer will work directly with a multidisciplinary team to design engaging and effective websites, apps, and digital experiences. You are passionate about exceptional design, crafting frictionless user experiences, and have a deep appreciation for uncovering simple solutions to complex problems. Armed with a superb aesthetic sense, a solid grasp of typography, layout, and brand design systems, and an in-depth understanding of current web, design, and technology trends, you are confident and adept at taking the lead in design thinking and execution from concept to delivery. Dynamic and driven, you are skilled at managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively and equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

Responsibility 

• Rapid prototyping and designing high-fidelity wireframes for websites and applications
• Interact with stakeholders (including client partners) to design and execute UI kits
• Ability to manage and develop design libraries and design systems with adherence to brand guidelines
• Incorporate site analytics knowledge and customer feedback and apply them intelligently into iterative design solutions that optimize existing features and functionality
• Quickly assimilate complex and ambiguous ideas and propose elegant design solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to roll out the MVP

• 3-5 years of experience designing innovative and visually stunning user-experiences
• Degree in visual design or interaction design (or equivalent)
• Outstanding design portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative design solutions that showcase a diverse range of styles and subject matter
• Highly competent working in modern design toolkits (e.g. Figma, UXPin, Sketch) and design handoff tools (Avocode, Zeplin)
• Experience incorporating pre-built design systems (e.g. Ant)
• Experience working with dedicated prototyping tools (e.g. ProtoPie, Principle, Origami)
• Ability to create final graphic assets for flawless design implementation
• Exceptional understanding of web design and user experience disciplines and principles (typography, iconography, composition, information architecture, color, animation, affordance, consistency, usability, etc.)
• The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work and perform tasks independently
• A natural diplomat with strong written and verbal communication, coordination, scheduling, collaboration, and presentation skills and the ability to stay highly organized is critical
