Job Description

Regional Evangelist

Merkle|Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 800+ people team; and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services

In pursuit of this, Merkle|Sokrati seeks to hire Regional Evangelist who'd help Merkle|Sokrati build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

You’d need to be Awesome at:

  • Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management

  • Singing Sokrati’s Product & Service Offering & understand technology aspects of it on the back-end

  • Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact

  • Be heart, mind and voice of client within Sokrati

  • Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective

  • Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline – in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals

  • Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets

Qualifications

If you:

  • Have 1+ years of Client Management or client-facing experience (Digital Advertising/ Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)

  • Are wiling to work in the base city (Kochi)

  • Are a great Story Teller and an elegant negotiator

  • Love Digital Marketing and everything around it

  • Are aggressive & Take Control

  • Are Highly organized

  • And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
