Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for managing and executing digital & programmatic campaigns across various DSPs and direct partners.

You will: 

  • Work closely with Client Services, Strategy, and other channel teams to execute clients' strategic plans and provide best in class solutions 

  • Ultimately responsible for all execution, performance, pacing, and reporting across platform/partners 

  • Plan, build, implement, and optimize programmatic display & video campaigns across client preferred DSPs 

  • Main POC for all partners and day to day client contact 

  • Ensure daily optimizations and campaign management is completed across platforms/vendors 

  • Works to collaboratively translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results 

  • Audit, review and analyze reports, lead optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives and performance 

  • Mentor junior staff helps to manage their projects and day-to-day activities 

  • RFP media vendors, collection of responses, and ensuring accuracy. Assist with evaluation for tactical implementation 

  • Become familiar with DSP and vendor capabilities, value prop, and opportunities 

  • Oversee and support trafficking of all ad serving needs and provide quality assurance 

  • Create, document, and implement channel processes as needed for accounts 

  • Assist with pixel and tag generation, implementation, and quality assurance 

  • Budget management including: assistance in allocation of monthly budgets, issuance/revisions of monthly insertion orders, daily/weekly/monthly pacing, and assistance with monthly client billing 

  • Activate audiences and push to partners for tactical implementation. Assist with reporting, insights, analytics, and audience builds 

  • Provide reporting needs on account both regularly schedule and ad hoc, including insights, analysis, and recommendations 



  • 3+ years of experience working on large-scale, complex digital/ programmatic campaigns 

  • Executed different digital formats (e.g. banners, video, native, CTV) using programmatic models (some site-direct experience a plus) 

  • Experience establishing media KPIs, performing data analysis to improve results/lower CPA, and building performance models if some data is not available 

  • Experience with planning tools (Prisma, ComScore a plus) 

  • Must have experience in key DSPs (DV360, Google Ads) 

  • Must have Campaign Manager trafficking and reporting experience.
