Job Description
The Dentsu Office Ambassador is an essential member of the Office Hospitality team. This position is responsible for maintaining an inviting and organized space for employees and visitors. The Office Ambassador provides a wide-range of support including mailroom, facilities, concierge desk and other general office related departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, able to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities, and has excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area & concierge desk
- Route incoming calls to appropriate parties
- Greet employees & manage guest check-in
- Conference room and desk space brokering via Condeco
- Oversee & respond to all employee emails and verbal inquiries
- Liaise with information technology & administration teams
- Maintain welcome signage display
- Cultivate positive relationships with employees, clients, guests, & key stakeholders
- Provide local restaurant/attraction recommendations as requested
- Assist with event coordination
- Cleaning services orchestration
- Assist with coordination of fire / emergency drills
- Ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years in relevant experience in similar role; prior hospitality, concierge or customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent customer service skills
