Job Description

As a Sr Associate Art Director of Performance Content and Creative, you are passionate about digital media and the power of visual storytelling. You will report to the Sr Manager Art Director of Performance Content & Creative and partner with our internal partners in Client Services, Social Media, SEO, Display and Search to develop dynamic creative solutions that drives business performance for our partners.

The Sr Associate Art Director will support development and production of visual content across a wide variety of clients in multiple industries including; fashion, hospitality, retail, finance, pharmaceuticals, communications and consumer products. This role partners with Lead Art Directors and Copywriters in maintaining the design intent, creative integrity, and bringing their vision to life throughout the entire process. From concept, presentation, approval and execution, the Sr Associate Art Director will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work while being diplomatic and solution oriented with internal partners. The ideal candidate will understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects with an audience across all channels.

• Generate strong strategic concepts with lead art director and copywriter partner

• Produce presentation decks, comps, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize ideas

• Take work from concept to design to final execution on time, and on budget

• Partner with the Creative & Content team to execute high-quality creative across channels

• Present creative work to clients/team members/internal stakeholders

• Must have strong motion skills, concept and execution

Qualifications

• 2-4 years creative experience on a content marketing, advertising or digital media team

• Category experience in Consumer Product Goods, healthcare, and food services.

• Know how to execute creative in social media - organic and paid, display and on-site

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give clear direction

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Impeccable organizational skills and ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and deliver on tight deadlines

• Relentless desire to stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

• Proven ability to collaborate successfully with design and marketing
