Job Description

The Sr. Director, Client Services is responsible for a specific brand or collection of brands and is expected to manage a cross channel team & hold senior level agency relationships.  The Sr. Director will guide the agency and client direct on the best path forward to achieve strategic goals developed in relation to the client vision.  They will nurture and build solid senior level relationships with the Dentsu Aegis Media Agencies (Carat, Vizuem, iP and/or 360i) and share best practices across the network.  This involves driving the strategic agenda as it relates to developing brand and performance best practices. This person will also guide a team of strategic cross channel representatives of varying levels to execute best in class campaigns.  

 

The ideal candidate will have prior branding, digital media, campaign management and optimization knowledge, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and strong client management experience. But most importantly, they must possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on the Dentsu Aegis Network of agencies. 

               

Responsibilities:

  • Develop senior level agency relationships
  • Drive the strategic direction of new & existing accounts, develop first class support to ensure excellent delivery at all times and provide valuable takeaways for agency teams to communicate to their client(s)
  • Lead branding and media campaigns
  • Manage communications across teams, agency and assigned brand(s) including collaborating with all levels of external media agencies or brand partners
  • Effective team management skills including managing hiring, headcount and overall trading costs for your assigned brand(s)
  • Prioritize overall team deliverables
  • Drive Innovation as it relates to your assigned brand(s) and share with the greater iProspect + Dentsu Aegis teams
  • Manage existing partner relationships with technology providers, as well as provide feedback on specific initiatives to senior level partner
  • Understands and effectively communicates iProspect’s value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
  • Participates in organic & strategic new business pitches.

 

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Must have 9+ years of agency or client experience working with digital media buying and ad serving
  • Prior experience in effectively managing client service teams
  • Ability to organize, manage and prioritize work of the client service team
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to pre-empt issues, diffuse tension and be proactive in producing solutions
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and writing skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
