Job Description

  • Oversee and craft the vision, strategy, management, and execution of branded entertainment content initiatives on behalf of our clients
  • Develop the content framework for campaigns built on audience insights, desired storytelling, media KPIs, and brand strategies set forth by Client/dentsu
  • Create, scout, develop and negotiate custom content opportunities and integration ideas
  • Provide oversight to overall content plan including recommendation across Paid, Earned and Owned channels
  • Provide creative insight to review and refine all proposals to ensure best in class opportunities are shared with clients.
  • Identify and quantify value based on the brand connection + visibility, audience relevance, scale, and media support
  • Develop and adhere to campaign timelines; manage production schedules, set up/organize internal/client meetings
  • Serve as cross-agency content liaison, including all relevant agency partners (internal and external) related to the brand and its business
  • Assist in the creative and production review / approval process – Internal, client, creative agency
  • Manage, develop and execute program metrics/recaps/summaries as dictated by agency/client guidelines and systems
  • Travel to oversee program success and support activation where necessary; ensure program needs are met
  •  Establish and maintain positive relationship management with all clients, TV networks, movie/production studios, talent partnerships, vendors, etc. to build meaningful and rewarding programs that includes content expressed in the following ways -- original content, branded entertainment, integrations, social, and UGC
  • Proactively work with the internal stakeholders to identify organic growth and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years prior experience in experiential marketing, advertising, digital, PR, print and broadcast production services or related field
  • Experience in working with several different organizations at a given time
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate information effectively and confidently in both verbal and written formats (Development of all idea, activation decks, event research and recaps, client presentation of new event ideas, etc.)
  • Ability to address difficult issues, work under pressure, follow-through and solve problems quickly in the face of challenges
  • Shows entrepreneurial spirit, lead and encourage new break-through ideas and is team-oriented
