Job Description
As an Associate, Paid Social, you will work with a team to ensure social media campaign and client success against client's key performance indicators
- Assist with the creation and execution of media plans that surpass client goals
- Oversee and execute campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
- Review and manage client data to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Assist with campaign management from execution to reporting and billing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
- Liaise with other channels for cohesive approach to goals, Planning team as client service lead and creative agencies for campaign assets
- Build strong relationships across client services team and with client
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- 0-2 years industry or internship experience or relevant coursework
- Strong math and analytical skills including Excel (formulas, pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Desire for learning and growth, particularly related to performance marketing, data analysis and manipulation
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Highly collaborative and appreciates working as part of a team
