Job Description

Are you someone with a passion for digital? A deep knowledge of social media influencers and an interest in brand marketing? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Manager who will play a vital role throughout our influencer marketing programming.

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing innovative influencer marketing campaigns, overseeing and activating influencer campaigns and developing and executing paid media/amplification strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver influencer campaigns including paid amplification and measurement strategy across all main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Facilitate development of strategic influencer-related activities for our clients
  • Identify, negotiate and manage influencer partnerships across multiple social media channels
  • Facilitate development of strategic influencer-related activities for our clients
  • Understand the path to purchase through influencer campaigns, and techniques to track and assess performance
  • Keep abreast of FTC guidelines, emerging partners, innovations, talent, platforms and tools while maintaining program compliance and providing recommendations
  • Manage mid-flight campaign content cycles, highlighting key learning to help improve active and future campaigns
  • Monitor influencer social feeds and be aware of competitive brand activity
  • Participate in new business pitches with energy and passion

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years or applicable experience
  • At least 2 years of working in a similar role delivering work across multiple channels, within a media buying, advertising, communications, marketing, or a public relations environment
  • Deep understanding of paid social targeting, execution, and measurement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using influencer identification tools
  • Experience targeting, executing and measuring paid social content
  • Knowledge of web usability best practices, hashtags, how channels support SEO and how to maximize content to support search
