Job Description

We're looking for a Rewards Analyst to join our dentsu Americas Rewards Team.  You will be responsible for supporting the administration and assessment of dentsu’s rewards programs. The Rewards Analyst will contribute to compensation and analytical activities including the design, development, modeling, costing and administration of base pay programs and incentive programs that help to attract and retain our talent. 

  • Work on a variety of assignments involving the development, implementation and administration of reward programs including base pay, bonus plans and recognition programs.
  • Support the benchmarking process across the Americas by participating in and analyzing survey data to help us have market competitive rewards programs
  • Actively drive focus on standardization, streamlining processes and efficiencies
  • Play a key role in the annual salary review process focusing on system needs and data integrity.
  • Responsible for the administration of incentive compensation programs and related payments.
  • Assists in the research and development of rewards programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and/or 2+ years of experience preferably in Compensation, Finance or Operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Top notch analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) workflows and reporting
  • Prior experience with recognition tools
