Job Description

The Americas Talent Architecture Team plays a key role in the design, implementation, and continued development of the dentsu Career Framework.  The Americas Talent Architecture Team partners with disciplines both within and outside the HR function at the Regional and Global level – Talent Development, Business Partnering, Rewards, Operations, M&A – to build programs and processes supported by the Career Framework; we drive education and engagement about the Career Framework; we partner with the business to ensure the Job Architecture remains current; enable the integration of new businesses.  We also work with the dentsu Workday team to design and build new career tools for our employees and managers.

The Talent Development Advisor is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Global Career Framework in the Americas as well as special projects as needed. The role provides support in areas such as research, administration, communications, change management, and project completion.   

  • Supports the ongoing design and maintenance of the Global Career Framework within the region
  • Work closely with the Talent Architecture team to ensure job families, role profiles and skills are up-to-date and reflective of the business
  • Ensure HR is aware of changes to the Career Framework and that training and communications materials are kept current
  • Provides project management support to the Americas Talent Architecture Team.
  • Responds to report requests, providing data analysis as needed.
  • Helps create Career Framework communications materials.
  • Supports change management activities related to the Career Framework which includes working with internal team on communications for onboarding of acquisitions and new hires
  • As needed, work with the Global Workday Services team to provide input into and test system enhancements
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program or initiative execution

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Project Management knowledge a plus
  • Strong communications & presentation skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel including the use of lookups and pivot tables
  • PowerPoint proficiency a must.
