As an Art Director or Copywriter Intern on the dentsucreative team, you will be fully embedded in the creative process from brief through production and grow your artistic and brand strategy skills alongside an innovative, outside-the-box creative team. You will work with multiple teams across brands that encompass some of the most iconic, household names on creative opportunities across all platforms: video (TV, online video, online video), print, radio, digital (websites, banners), and social. We welcome and embrace candidates from non-traditional backgrounds – art school credentials and college degrees are not required – and we invite people at all stages of their career to join our team and contribute their unique ideas and perspectives. All we ask is that you come with an exceptional eye for art and craft, a positive and ambitious attitude, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Art Director interns will be expected to

• Collaborate with creatives to develop conceptual ideas
• Execute visual excellence in deliverables
• Work shoots with photographers and videographers (virtual)
• Contribute to campaign ideation
• Proficient at Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Have a great design sense

Copywriter interns will be expected to

• Collaborate with creatives to develop conceptual ideas
• Great communication skills, you know how to talk about your ideas
• Contribute to campaign ideation
• Have strong written English skills

• Rising seniors, recent graduate, career, career changers looking to enter a new industry, or anyone interested in gaining more experience in the creative field. 
• Work in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Resourceful, aptitude for learning new skills, and initiative to participate in advanced projects.
• Self-motivated, well organized, and resilient to changing timelines, requests, and deliverables 
• Receive and apply constructive feedback, push past your comfort zone, and keep work on schedule
• Strive for creative excellence
• A portfolio of creative work/creative examples are required for any creative internship
