Our client, a growing mid-sized advertising agency, is seeking a full-time Associate Creative Director Copywriter. We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Copywriter with extensive experience in ad conceptualization and tone. This person should be a results-driven team player that has developed solid problem solving techniques as well as a well-rounded approach to incorporating the best design and technology practices into one cohesive body of work.

• Collaborate with team members, especially partner ACD/AD, to develop creative concepts for a client’s marketing initiatives
• Contribute new ideas and solutions appropriate for all channels, including TV, OLV, digital, experiential, social, print, radio, podcasts and emerging media
• Candidate will be client-facing, and should be have strong presentation skills
• Candidate should be naturally curious, and pay keen attention to detail. Ensuring a consistent brand tone is critical.
• Main client is Chevron. New Business pitches are also part of the role.
• Position reports directly to ECD

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5 - 7 years of agency experience
• Ability to translate outstanding thoughts and ideas into compelling words.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Be highly creative and imaginative
• Work well with ACD/AD partner
• Technical knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms, metrics and tracking
• Must be self-motivated, hard working, well-organized, and resilient to ever changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
• Ability to lead by example
