• Contribute new ideas and solutions appropriate for all media outlets

• Deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual elements

• Collaborate with project team members to develop creative concepts for a client’s     marketing initiatives

• Build and implement social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is   executed online, to support client goals, incorporating Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,     YouTube, SnapChat, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.

• Art Direct 15 and 30 second TV commercials

• Clients are Audible, Subway and Manhattan Mini Storage

• Ensure a consistent brand presence is maintained

• Responsible for crafting and execution materials during all project phases for all online,   offline, external and internal needs

• Consistently be learning and sharping skills to become a art director across all mediums     and all tones

• Direct junior associates and freelancers to bring the creative vision to life when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional and innovative results ensuring the creative product meets strategic goals and client expectations and is on budget.
• Hands-on design work and art direction on multiple projects with the ability to bring each new idea and design concept to life from conceptualization to completion.
• Successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Work in a fast-paced, creative environment while effectively communicating with all team members.
• Contribute to new business pitches when necessary.
• Extensive knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of agency experience
• Experience with projects across all media, print, interactive, web, etc.
• Must be proficient with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Keen attention to detail.
