Job Description

iProspect is searching for a Paid Search Manager to support one of its largest clients, a global tech giant. Reporting to the Associate Director of Paid Search, you will lead paid search team members in daily account management and implementing strategy, tracking performance against goals, and adherence to deadlines, among other topics.

You Will:

  • Develop strategy in partnership with client services team and Paid Search Director.
  • Be as comfortable delegating tasks as you are with getting in the weeds and executing on your own.
  • Be the daily point of contact for the client, responsible for leading meetings and calls, as well as Search Engine and third-party reps.
  • Lead a team of as many as 5 direct reports, managing their professional growth
  • Ensure best practice and adoption of new features or processes
  • Partner with other channel teams to ensure consistency across channels
  • Participate in QBR and other client updates.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience dedicated to running advanced paid search accounts
  • Complete mastery of Search Engines and third-party tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing and leading a team of direct reports
  • Project and resource management skills
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
