Company Description

The Manager is a key position on the Display team.  The Manager acts as the day to day lead and is responsible for the implementation of strategy, performance of all accounts against KPI’s, adherence to deadlines and development of the account team.

Job Description

·         Develop  strategy in partnership with client services team and Display Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs

·         Plan, manage and execute display campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management

·         Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches

·         Works to collaboratively to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results

·         Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines

·         Ultimate accountability for pacing and managing account budgets

·         Main point of contact for vendors, Publishers, and others as needed

·         Responsible for the management and overall career development of the Display team

·         Ensure best practice and adoption of new features or processes

·         Liaise with other channels

·         Build strong relationships across client services team and with client.  Assist  with meetings, QBRs as needed

Qualifications

·         4+ years of experience in a digital agency, managing large scale, complex display campaigns

·         Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI's for online/digital media (both Direct Response and Branding & Awareness)

·         Exceptional knowledge of Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution and an understanding of how each channel informs/integrates with the next

·         Understanding of broad based business principles including: sales, pricing, workflow management, and operations

·         Strong managerial experience, including experience leading a large team

·         Ability to think strategically and identify innovative and creative solutions in a client-centric environment

·         Must have significant experience with Attribution/Reporting platforms, Trafficking and Research tools along with DSPs, with an understanding of all of the potential levers available to drive campaign performance

·         Strong project and resource management skills

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·         High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

·         Bachelor’s Degree Required
