At 3 or more years of experience, passion for design discipline is huge and you have that in spades. Where as before you may have played a supporting role in the design process you are now beginning to take the lead. You are the one pushing what design can be. Of course you have proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator and Sketch, an understanding of web development and a willingness to explore new ideas as they relate to interactive design. You'll take on many projects and work both independently and collaboratively with the team at large to come up with ideas to serve our client's needs and oversee the production of the assignment. Please note that is a hands-on designer role and you will work on your own creative design solutions for multiple assignments. You will report into the Creative Director.

You will: 

• Support the efforts of the Creative Directors on our design staff. Take direction from Executive design team members and Executive Producers
• Concept, brainstorm and come up with unique ideas working off of limited content
• Create and contribute to design layouts, navigation, images, icons, multimedia and motion design
• Create design directions with limited content
• Create pages, templates, graphics and contribute to the look and feel for entire websites, interactive presentations, microsites and more
• Other interactive design, print design and motion design responsibilities as assigned

You Have:

• 3+ years designing interactive projects
• A friendly collaborative demeanor
• Enthusiasm for learning; Staying current with regard to the latest design trends and technology
• Skills to translate static wireframes to interactive layouts and create presentation tools and prototypes
• A design portfolio of recognizable work for high-profile clients
• Design ideas that are visually arresting and conceptually engaging.
• Technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools (required)
• An eye for details, typography and color
• Nice to have: Cinema 4D, print design experience, experience with broadcast design, and agency experience
